Our Mission

  1. To further the common good and the general welfare by providing families in transition from homelessness with the safety and shelter of a temporary home where they can receive the direct support and services needed to return to self-sufficiency.

  2. To act in a spirit of hospitality (without proselytizing or requiring any religious affiliation) to help guest families regain their sense of self-worth and of belonging in their transition to independence.

  3. Together with partners in involved faith communities in Lake Oswego and the Clackamas County Department of Social Services, to work in support of these shelter facilities and to increase community awareness of the needs of families in crisis.
